The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-motivated professional who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, can multi-task, prioritize, and work both individually as well as a team player. This person will be working in a fast-paced, litigation practice and be well versed in all phases of the legal process. This position requires at least 5 years of intensive litigation paralegal experience. The successful candidate will have managed all phases of a litigation case including trial experience. Knowledge with litigation software and database management(specifically Summation, Concordance, Sanction and/or and Trial Director) and e-discovery issues will be beneficial.
